Home › For employers

You plan rotas.
We deliver dates.

No dossier reaches your dashboard before the qualification has been checked against Luxembourg requirements. You know from the outset when a nurse could realistically appear on the rota.

What changes

Three things that run differently

Checked, not merely sorted

You receive dossiers with a clear position on recognisability, including the points still open — not a pile of applications to work through.

Dates, not hopes

Every candidate carries a realistic earliest start date. When the procedure moves, the date moves visibly rather than quietly.

Language as a criterion

Language ability is measured against your site’s actual need, not a national average.

What you should know

Lead time
For nurses from outside the EU, plan realistically for several months before the first shift. The part we can shorten is the dossier review; official deadlines do not accelerate.
EU nationals
For Polish, Romanian or Portuguese nurses no visa or work permit applies. Recognition and language remain — the route is substantially shorter.
Your part
We need one fixed contact person and a commitment to onboarding. Without supported onboarding, placements fail later rather than earlier.
Volume
The platform earns its keep from the second open post onwards. For a single hire we will tell you so openly.
Billing
Invoiced on successful placement. Until then you incur no cost.
