Your training counts.
Let’s show how much.

Photograph your certificates with your phone. You will get a plain answer: what Luxembourg recognises, what is still missing, and what comes next. Free for you.

What you need

A phone with a camera and your documents. That is the whole list. You photograph your diploma, your employment references and, if you have one, your language certificate. We take it from there.

If something is missing we tell you early and specifically rather than leaving you waiting. A missing language certificate is an item on a list, not a rejection.

Steps 03 and 04 sit with the authorities. We prepare the applications and keep you informed; we cannot decide for them. EU citizens skip most of step 04.

What we will not promise

We will not quote you a salary before you have spoken to a specific employer. It depends on seniority, night shifts and the collective agreement. A website that throws a number at you is usually betting you will not check.

We will not promise a flat in Luxembourg City or a decision date from the ministry either. What we will do is tell you where we see the problem in your case — before you pack a suitcase.

Common questions

What people ask most

Is this really free for me?

Yes. Free before, during and after a placement. Our fee is invoiced to the employer. If anyone asks you for money in the name of CareBridge, please write to us — that is not us.

What documents do I need to start?

Your nursing diploma with transcript or curriculum, your licence to practise, employment references, your passport, and a language certificate if you have one. An incomplete set is normal and not a problem — we tell you what to add and in which order.

Do you help with housing?

We coordinate it together with the employer. Housing in Luxembourg is expensive and moves fast, so we start looking before the authority decides rather than after.

What happens if it does not work out after I arrive?

Then we talk. We have no interest in anyone gritting their teeth through a bad fit — a placement only counts for us if you are still there, and want to be, after six months.

Do you guarantee me a job?

No, and nobody should promise you that. We check your documents, assess your chances realistically and connect you with suitable employers. The hiring decision belongs to the employer.
